Throughout history man has always felt the need to expand and conquer. SPOILS OF WAR pits you the player against up to 3 human or computer controlled opponents in a desperate struggle to discover and colonise faraway lands. Of course all the other players have the same designs on your territories and you will have to fight long and hard to achieve victory.
Options Include
• 2 to 4 human or computer controlled.
• Option to include natives - the Cajas.
• 10 difficulty levels for each computer opponent.
• 4 seasons with seasonal impact on movement, supply etc.
• 4 different types of Explorer each with his own characteristics.
• Command of: Heavy/Light Infantry, Cavalry, Artillery, Marines, Engineers, Naval Fleets, Depots, Transports, Colonists.
• Build: Settlements, Harbours, Ships, Mines.
• Battle on land or at sea in "strategic" or the more complex "tactical" mode. Tactical battles are fought as small wargames in their own right.
• Research into ship building and weapon technology to improve your chances.
